Charity Art 2011 Competition Guidelines

Registration Fee and Donations

An entry fee of $2 is applicable for each art piece submitted. All proceeds will go to the Spastic Children’s Association of Singapore (SCAS).

MAXAR and SCAS will also be glad to accept any other amounts of donation from the school and parents.

Submission of Entries

All entries are to include the participant’s Name, Class and School.

Payment

Payment in cheque should be made to MS PRISCILLA HENG RUO XIN and mailed together with the art pieces to the above address by 8 April 2011.

Drawing materials

Drawings can be expressed using any drawing material, i.e. water-colours, crayons, colour pencils, poster colours etc. All entries must be submitted to the teacher-in-charge before the deadline of the competition.

Participants must fill in this Consent Form and mail it in with their entries.

Other terms and conditions

  1. All entries submitted without paying the participation fee or past the deadline stated will be disqualified by the judging committee.
  2. All entries whose particulars are not legible will be disqualified by the judging committee.
  3. All decisions made by the judging committee are final.

Results

Results of the competition will be released in May. Winners will be notified by post.
